CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM
The Customer Service Program is designed to prepare students for front line customer service positions. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to secure employment in several areas such as general retail, sales, telemarketing, etc. Attention is placed on determining customer needs, customer retention, communication skills, and problem solving. Areas of study include Business English, Business Mathematics, Basic Computer Applications, General Office Procedures, and Management. All with emphasis as they pertain to servicing customers and maintaining related databases. At the end of the 11 week in class training, students will be eligible for internships, which provide students with hands-on experience in a customer service setting working with area businesses.
